Herman’s Auctioneers is delighted to announce the upcoming New Home Sale, taking place this summer. This is a unique and exciting event – the first of its kind – dedicated entirely to those setting up their first home.

This carefully curated sale is aimed at first time buyers who are starting from scratch and looking to furnish their new homes with quality pieces that are both practical and full of character. It offers an excellent opportunity to present attractive household items to a new generation of homeowners.

We are now welcoming entries of well presented household furnishings, including but not limited to:

• Sofas, armchairs and occasional seating
• Dining tables, chairs and console tables
• Bed frames, bedside lockers and chests of drawers
• Floor and table lamps
• Rugs, mirrors and soft furnishings
• Crockery, cutlery, cookware and kitchen accessories

We are especially interested in items that are stylish, comfortable and ready to be used. Whether modern or classic in design, we are looking for pieces that would suit a variety of tastes and bring warmth and function to a home.

This is a fresh and original concept, giving sellers the chance to connect with a motivated group of buyers who are just beginning their home journey. Our team will provide full support throughout the process, including valuations, professional photography and dedicated promotion.
